SweKit has no accounts and no ads, and it does not track you. Your collection, photos and notes are stored on your device. We never receive them.
Who we are
SweKit ("we", "us") is an independent app. For any question about this policy or your data, contact [email protected].
Data stored on your device
The shirts you add, their photos, notes, care history, wishlist items, your collector profile and your settings are stored only on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this data is deleted too, unless you have exported a backup.
Smart Scan and photos
When you scan a shirt, the photos are analysed on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks (text recognition and background removal). The photos are not sent to a server. SweKit asks for camera and photo library access only so you can take or choose shirt photos.
Catalog updates
To recognise shirts, SweKit uses a catalog of kits. The app checks a small version file at swekit.app and downloads a new catalog only when you tap Update. These requests contain no personal data from the app. Like every website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the files and keep the service secure. We do not use this data to identify you.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. We do not see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check which plan you have. RevenueCat receives your purchase history and a random, anonymous app user ID created by the app. This ID is not linked to your name or email address. Backups, sharing and exports
When you export a backup, a PDF catalog or an image, you decide where it goes (for example Files, iCloud Drive or a messaging app). Encrypted backups are protected by a password you choose. We cannot open them and cannot recover a forgotten password.
Notifications and widgets
Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone. Home Screen widgets read data from the app on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
Email support
If you email us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to answer you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
What we don't do
- No user accounts
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers
- No analytics or tracking SDKs
- No selling or sharing of personal data
Children
SweKit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Because your collection never leaves your device, you can view, export and delete it in the app at any time. For anything else, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.

Katalog güncellemeleri
SweKit formaları tanımak için bir forma kataloğu kullanır. Uygulama swekit.app adresindeki küçük bir sürüm dosyasına bakar; yeni kataloğu yalnızca sen Güncelle'ye bastığında indirir. Satın almalar
Abonelikler ve ömür boyu satın alma Apple tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz. Hangi planda olduğunu kontrol etmek için RevenueCat kullanırız. RevenueCat satın alma geçmişini ve uygulamanın oluşturduğu rastgele, anonim bir kullanıcı kimliğini alır. Bu kimlik adınla ya da e-posta adresinle ilişkilendirilmez. Yedekler, paylaşım ve dışa aktarma
Bir yedeği, PDF kataloğu ya da görseli dışa aktardığında nereye gideceğine sen karar verirsin (örneğin Dosyalar, iCloud Drive ya da bir mesajlaşma uygulaması). Şifreli yedekler senin belirlediğin bir parolayla korunur. Bunları açamayız ve unutulan parolayı kurtaramayız.
Bildirimler ve widget'lar
Hatırlatmalar iPhone'unda yerel olarak planlanır. Ana ekran widget'ları verileri cihazındaki uygulamadan okur. Bize hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
E-posta desteği
Bize e-posta gönderirsen e-posta adresini ve mesajını yalnızca sana yanıt vermek için kullanırız ve artık gerekmediğinde sileriz.

Çocuklar
SweKit 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
Hakların
KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri yasalar kapsamında kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ya da itiraz etme ve veri taşınabilirliği hakların vardır. Koleksiyonun cihazından hiç çıkmadığı için onu uygulamada istediğin zaman görebilir, dışa aktarabilir ve silebilirsin. Diğer her şey için [email protected] adresine yaz. Bir veri koruma denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma hakkın da vardır.
