Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 November 2026
SweKit is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms below add details about subscriptions and the app's content.
1. License
Your use of SweKit is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
2. Plans and subscriptions
- Basic is free and lets you add up to 5 shirts.
- SweKit Plus (yearly) and SweKit Pro (yearly) are auto-renewing subscriptions with a duration of one year.
- SweKit Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the app and the App Store in your local currency.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app to get your plan back on a new device with the same Apple ID.
3. Shirt information
Team, season, kit and result suggestions come from SweKit's catalog and on-device recognition. They are provided as-is and may be incomplete or wrong. Check important details yourself, especially before buying or selling a shirt.
4. Trademarks
SweKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league, federation, manufacturer or sponsor. All club names, crests, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify items in your own collection.
5. Your content
The photos, notes and data you add stay yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. We cannot recover data that was deleted from your device or an encrypted backup whose password is lost.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using SweKit after a change, the updated Terms apply.
